Why won’t time entries appear on the invoice?

If time entries don’t appear on the invoice, you have to check if the task they are associated with is billable or not.

To do so, go to the project you wish to create an invoice for → Tasks → Select Table View (top-right) and check the Billing Type of the task. It needs to be time-based in order to create an invoice based on your tracked time.

NOTE: This usually happens when you change a Flat rate or Non-billable project to a Time & Materials one. This action doesn't transform all non-billable tasks into time-based ones, hence you need to update them manually.
