If users forget to track their time, you can set up time tracking reminders under Company Settings → Timesheets → Time Reminders.
There, you can choose how often users are notified—daily, weekly, or monthly—and specify the time of day.
You can also exclude specific users from reminders if time tracking isn't required for their role.
