How to perform bulk actions on tasks

When using the List or Table view for your tasks, you can perform several bulk actions, including:
Assigning tasks to users
Setting start and end dates
Adjusting task priority
Following tasks
Granting guest access
Deleting tasks
To select multiple tasks, press and hold the Shift or Ctrl/Command key, then click on each task you wish to include.
If you want to move multiple tasks from one task list to another within the same project, follow these steps:
Navigate to Projects and select the desired project.
Use Shift or Ctrl/Command to select the tasks.
Drag and drop the selected tasks into the new task list.
