Email notifications are only project-based. To configure them, go to Projects →&nbsp;select the desired project → click on Edit Notifications (bell icon on top).<img src="https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b2549de52d940000/714c5fc7-a1a1-4d4a-b188-f630cb_ddccnm.png">Then toggle on/off individually which email notifications you would like to receive or dismiss.<img src="https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/2ad9e75734cd020/e5a7361b-2d44-418f-ae61-d0c522_82rrmn.png">NOTE: You will automatically receive an email notification once you've been assigned to a project - this option can't be turned off. Initial Project Notifications You can also configure pre-set email notifications that will apply to every newly created project.
