How do I edit the invoice templates?

If you wish to personalize your invoices and make them match your brand style, just click on Your profile picture (bottom left corner) ā Company settings ā Project accounting ā Appearance ā Manage Invoice templates.

There you can edit the HTML or add custom CSS code and set the default template by clicking on More.

If you click on Add from library you will be able to select different languages and set them as default.

You also have the flexibility to choose which fields you'd like to include in your invoices and estimates within the customer area. This can be easily accomplished by grouping data as desired or rearranging them using a simple drag-and-drop interface.

To add a personalized touch to your estimates and invoices, you have the option to incorporate custom notes and footers. Furthermore, you can tailor the PDF size and margins to your specific preferences.
