Our knowledge base is your go-to source for in-depth information about Paymo and its various features. Whether you're looking for specific answers or exploring different aspects of the platform, we've designed our knowledge base to be your actionable resource.
To find the answers you need, simply phrase your queries like, "How do I [action]?" For instance, "How do I add a project?" or "How do I delete a client?"
Accessing the knowledge base is easy: click on your profile picture (located in the bottom left corner) within the Paymo app, then select 'Paymo Knowledge Base.' When logged into your account, clicking on links that reference specific app sections will open those sections in new tabs, providing you with quick and efficient access.
