How much does Paymo cost?

You can choose from 2 different paid plans depending on your needs:

Small Office ($11.95/user/month) - for smaller teams that need advanced task management, time tracking, and invoicing.
Business ($18.95/user/month) - for larger teams that need planning and resource scheduling as a way to manage their entire operations.

If you choose an annual subscription, you will be entitled to a 16.67% discount equivalent to 2 months for free. This brings the price at:

Small Office - $9.95/user/month, billed for 12 months
Business - $15.79/user/month, billed for 12 months

We also have a Free plan, limited to 1 user though. Read more about each plan together with its corresponding features on our pricing page
