How can I change the plan I'm on?

If you would like to change the plan that you're currently on, go to Subscription & Billing Modify subscription and select the desired plan. 

Q: What happens if I have an older subscription?
A: As long as you click on Modify Subscription, you will stick with your older subscription. However, if you click on the Switch to New Pricing button (available only for those with old pricing), you will be charged the current prices available on our pricing page

NOTE: Old subscription users can't sign-up for an annual subscription without changing to the current prices.

Q: What happens if I switch from the Business to the Small Office plan mid-subscription?
A: You'll be credited the difference into your Paymo account.

Q: What should I do if I want to switch from an annual to a monthly subscription?
A: Cancel your annual subscription first, then start the subscription process over.
