How to use timesheet approvals
This article will explain how timesheet approvals work. You will learn how to submit and approve them.
To get started with Timesheet approvals, first enable the feature.
Navigate to Company Settings → Timesheets → Time Approval, then toggle the feature on.
Note: Only admins have the ability to approve or reject timesheets. You can also choose which users should receive notifications when a timesheet is submitted for approval.
How to submit timesheets for approval
Go to Timesheets → My Timesheet → Add Time → Submit for Approval, then click Confirm.
How to approve/reject a submission
You can approve or reject a timesheet by hovering over the entry.
If you choose to reject it, you’ll have the option to add a reason. The user will be notified and can resubmit their entries accordingly.
You can also edit a timesheet by clicking on an entry and making the necessary changes.
