What happens if I delete something?
If you delete something from Paymo that data is gone forever, it can’t be restored. NOTE: To make sure you don’t delete something by mistake, you’ll have to wait 3 seconds to confirm.

If you forgot your user’s password you need to follow the password recovery link and reset it. Once you submit the form you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to set up a new password.

Please check your spam folder or other email folders as well. If for some reason the email does not reach you, you can still set up your account after using the password recovery option and setting up a password.

If the date or number format is different than the one you remember setting, you need to click on Your name (bottom left corner) → My settings and check the settings. The User settings override the original Company Settings.
