How to change the scheduling timespan
When viewing your team's schedule sometimes you want to focus on a specific day for a more detailed view or get an overview by using several weeks at a time (maximum 4 weeks). How to display remaining hours, completed task bookings, ghost bookings & weekends
If remaining hours, completed tasks, ghost bookings and weekends distract you or clutter your team schedule, hide them by clicking on View (top left) → uncheck them. NOTE: Completed tasks will have a strikethrough when visible to show their state, while ghost bookings are represented by a ghost icon and weekends are greyed out.
