How much does Paymo cost?
You can choose from 2 different paid plans depending on your needs: Small Office ($11.95/user/month) - for smaller teams that need advanced task management, time tracking, and invoicing. Business ($18.95/user/month) - for larger teams that need planning and resource scheduling as a way to manage their entire operations. If you choose an annual subscription
How long is the trial period?
When you sign up you receive a 15 day period during which you can use Paymo with no functionality limitations. You can add as many users as you like, upload files, create clients, projects, test Paymo with no restrictions and see if it fits your workflow.
Can I extend my trial?
If you didn’t have the time to test the app thoroughly, just contact us and we will extend your trial for 15 more days. You can contact us through the in app help button (bottom right) of your Paymo account or via our online form.
How can I subscribe to Paymo?
After the trial period is over, you’ll have to subscribe in order to continue using the application. The data added during the trial will still remain in your account, even if you upgrade. How do I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, click on Your name (bottom left corner) → **Subscription and billing When you cancel the subscription, the data in your account will not be affected. Resubscribe anytime to retrieve it.
My subscription got cancelled automatically
When this happens, it usually means that the bank blocked the transaction, there are insufficient funds, or the credit card expired. If the bank blocked the transaction, please contact them and make sure they approve it and it’s set to be approved for future charges as well. How does the VAT code work?
If your company is located in Europe you need to pay VAT for your subscription. If your company has a VAT code and it’s registered with VIES, you won’t be charged for VAT. Where can I find my Paymo subscription invoices?
To access your Paymo invoices, click on Your name (bottom left) → **Subscription and billing The invoices can be downloaded as PDF files or printed once you click on them. This is also the place where you can change your billing information and card as well.
