With our new update, we've made it possible to view the remaining bookable hours both at a project and user level under the Remaining Hours column.
So you can spot bottlenecks early on and schedule your team accordingly, without overburdening them.
Project/user burndown graph
The burndown graph displays the total budget to the left, with the remaining available hours to the right. You can also hover over it for numerical figures.
NOTE: They total available hours/user will change in accordance with the schedule timespan (1 Day, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 4 Weeks) selected.
Adding a booking
When adding a booking, the Show Availability dropdown will also hint at you the available budget vs. the total estimated budget at a:
- Booking range level
- Project budget level
- Task budget level
This acts as a control point so you don't cram up your resource schedule and team.
