If you go to Users (left menu) → Select a user → Activity feed you will see the latest activities performed by that user, like new tasks, new clients, new comments, new invoices, changes made on projects, etc.
Projects work in a similar fashion, each one with its own Activity Feed. To access it, go to Projects (left menu) → Select the project → Activity feed.
